Office Renovation Project

This intervention completely transforms a former dental clinic into a contemporary, functional, and visually fluid office. The main goal of the project was to redefine the space to accommodate new ways of working, prioritizing natural light, a sense of spaciousness, and the creation of a comfortable and elegant environment for its occupants.

The proposal revolves around an open yet carefully articulated layout, where the spaces subtly connect with one another. Semi-open areas have been designed to allow fluid communication without sacrificing moments of privacy. To achieve this, glass partitions are used, which not only promote the passage of light but also maintain visual continuity, enhancing the spatial perception.

Curved forms are introduced as a key design language throughout the project. Walls, corridors, and furniture pieces adopt rounded corners, softening architectural boundaries and adding a contemporary, sophisticated touch. This formal approach not only enhances the aesthetics but also facilitates natural circulation between different areas, creating a seamless visual and physical flow.

Since the space is located at street level, natural light planning has been a crucial aspect from the very beginning of the design process. The entry of light from the main and side façades has been optimized, with the aim of extending it into the deeper areas of the space through transparent surfaces, reflections, and a careful use of color treatment.

The selected materials reinforce the serene and professional atmosphere of the space: neutral tones, smooth finishes, and soft textures that provide balance and warmth without losing sophistication. Each element has been chosen to complement the dynamic nature of a contemporary office, capable of adapting to various work styles, from collaborative meetings to individual tasks.

The result is a flexible, bright, and thoughtfully designed environment that balances aesthetics with functionality. A modern office where well-being and productivity come together, offering a space that invites both focus and interaction, all within a sophisticated and welcoming design atmosphere.
