NV20 is a comprehensive renovation of a 150 m² residence in Barcelona, conceived to redefine the living experience through light, spatial continuity, and a carefully curated palette of materials and colors.

The intervention begins with a clear premise: to open up the day area as much as possible, allowing natural light to flow through the entire floor plan and reach the central core, where the entrance to the home is located. This strategy not only transforms the spatial perception but also redefines the relationship between rooms, creating a more fluid, luminous, and livable home.

Green, present in the bathroom and study area, acts as both a chromatic accent and a unifying thread throughout the project, in contrast to a base of soft, natural tones: sand-colored walls, continuous microcement flooring, and walnut furniture and paneling. This combination brings warmth, serenity, and a contemporary feel that resonates throughout every corner of the home.

NV20 represents a conscious approach to the transformation of domestic space: essential, open, and deeply connected to light and material.
