In this home, located in a privileged position—close to the sea yet elevated enough to be surrounded by nature—we proposed a comprehensive renovation aimed at creating a sensory experience through the careful combination of materials, textures, and colors.

The project is grounded in the dialogue between interior and exterior, proposing spaces that open both visually and emotionally to the surrounding landscape. Each room has been designed to have its own distinct character while maintaining coherence with the overall composition.

In the kitchen, we opted for a bold and sophisticated aesthetic, where black takes center stage. We made the most of this tone through seamless surfaces, matte-gloss contrasts, and lighting that enhances its depth. The result is an elegant, functional space with a strong identity.

For the living area, the approach shifts towards a warmer and more serene atmosphere. Here, we combined natural wood, linen fabrics, and a range of neutral tones that bring calm and balance. A green rug serves as a focal point, adding freshness and creating a direct connection with the outdoor environment surrounding the home.

On the terrace, designed as a natural extension of the interior, we introduced a vibrant splash of color through Fermob furniture in chili red. This touch adds vitality to the overall composition, creating a cheerful and contemporary contrast that invites enjoyment of the outdoor space.

This project is a reflection on how design can enhance the relationship between architecture and landscape, creating unique spaces that engage in dialogue with their surroundings and with those who inhabit them.
